Radiographic Inspection (X-Ray)
HI-TEK Manufacturing produces many components that require X-Ray inspection. We therefore maintain capable, certified X-Ray facilities.
Our X-Ray processing is approved by all major aerospace primes. Our X-ray processing utilizes in house level II and level III technicians.
Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI)
HI-TEK Manufacturing maintains FPI capabilities. Both oil and water based penetrants in multiple levels of sensitivity are utilized. Our FPI systems are certified by all of HI-TEK's aerospace customers. HI-TEK's FPI processing utilizes in house level II and level III technicians.
Airflow Measurement
Many components manufactured by HI-TEK require precise airflow control of cooling circuits. To perform these measurements HI-TEK maintains multiple flow stands and benches. All flow equipment is calibrated and correlates with our customers' flow labs.
