Founded in 1980, HI-TEK began operations by providing EDM machining services for the aerospace industry. We have grown and diversified our operations to include Wire, CNC Sinker & Fast Hole EDM, Laser, CNC Milling, CNC Turning, CNC Grinding, Welding, Metallography, Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection, X-Ray, and Airflow Testing.

History
2012 - Hi-Tek completes the addition of 37,450 sq. ft. of manufacturing space, bring total floor space to 125,000 sq. ft. across 3 facilities.
2010 - HI-Tek celebrates 30th anniversary of serving the Gas Turbine & Aerospace Industries.
2009 - HI-Tek re-certified its ISO and AS certifications until December 2012.
2006 and Beyond - HI-Tek dramatically expands capacity with addition of CNC grinding, CNC milling and CNC EDM equipment; Totaling > $10 m
2005 - HI-Tek celebrates 25th anniversary on March 1st.
2003 - ISO 9001/AS9100 Certification.
2002 - Awarded patents for fast-hole EDM technology.
2000 - ISO 9002 Certification
1997 - Hi-Tek completes 31,300 sq. ft. of manufacturing space, bringing total floor space to 87,550 sq. ft.
1990 - Hi-Tek Manufacturing builds a new 44,050 sq. ft. manufacturing facility to compliment the original two facilities.
1990 - System EDM and HI-Tek Manufacturing merged into HI-Tek Manufacturing.
1984 - HI-Tek Manufacturing founded to make tooling, fixturing & provide machining services.
1982 - System EDM purchases an additional 3925 sq. ft. facility to support business growth and the addition of new equipment.
1980 - Founded as System EDM by current president Cletis Jackson with a 8275 sq. ft. facility, focusing on EDM and Laser of cooling holes in support of Aircraft Turbine Components. |
