TIG Welding is one capability we have developed in order to deliver make-complete component machining services, reducing cycle times and production costs


Many aerospace components produced by Hi-Tek require TIG welding. Multiple TIG welding stations are maintained and staffed by fully trained and certified welders using industrial certified equipment. In addition to Nadcap certification, Hi-Tek's TIG welding and weld repair if fully certified/approved by all of its aerospace prime customers.

Our Material Joining Capability

Any work on hot section parts that requires high temperature castings will also require core supports, chocolate holes, air flow inserts, covers, caps and plates.  As a result, the Hi-TEK team includes multiple certified TIG Welders.  HI-TEK is capable of Class A welds that can pass metallurgical lab analysis.  Having this capability on-site, with an on-site metallurgical lab helps reduce cycle times and project costs.  This capability further enhances HI-TEK's "make-complete"  component assembly philosophy.
