NDT QA Inspector, FPI Level II, 2nd Shift
Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, the Level II NDT QA FPI Inspector is responsible for following all policies and procedures associated with the various parts and equipment they may be required to inspect. In addition, inspectors must load and unload parts, inspect parts using various precision measuring tools, accept or reject parts, and communicate any changes, both verbally and in writing.

EDM Wire Operator / Programmer - 2nd Shift, Includes a Generous Shift Differential!
The 2nd Shift EDM Wire Operator/Programmer, reporting to the Shift Supervisor, is responsible for adhering to all policies and procedures related to the various parts and equipment they are required to operate. Operators must also load and unload parts, inspect them using various precision measuring tools, decide whether to accept or reject parts, and effectively communicate any changes both verbally and in writing.

CNC Machinist, 2nd Shift - Includes a Generous Shift Differential!
The 2nd Shift CNC Machinist, reporting to the shift supervisor, is responsible for adhering to all procedures related to the various parts and equipment they are trained and certified to operate. This role involves loading and unloading parts to meet production demands, inspecting parts with precision measuring tools, and either accepting or rejecting parts based on quality standards. The Machinist must effectively communicate any changes both verbally and in writing, set up machines, test the programming that controls the equipment, and troubleshoot any issues related to programming or machine operation.

CMM Quality Technician (Inspector) - 2nd Shift, Includes a Generous Shift Differential!
The 2nd Shift CMM Technician, reporting to the Shift Supervisor, is responsible for adhering to all policies and procedures related to the various parts and equipment they are required to operate. This role involves inspecting production, prototype hardware, and manufacturing components using a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). Additionally, CMM Technicians are responsible for loading and unloading parts, inspecting them using various precision measuring tools, making decisions to accept or reject parts, and effectively communicating any changes both verbally and in writing.

CNC Laser Operator - 2nd Shift, Includes a Generous Shift Differential!
Reporting to the shift supervisor, the 2nd Shift CNC Laser Operator is responsible for operating CNC laser equipment in a manufacturing environment to execute cutting, drilling, welding, and ablation processes.

Manufacturing Electrical Controls Engineer, On-Site
Reporting to the Manufacturing Technology Manager, the primary responsibility of the Manufacturing Electrical Controls Engineer is to analyze, control, modify, and execute programs for CNC machine controllers. You will also assist in defining the electronic control requirements for CNC equipment and will plan for programming controls to prevent data loss due to power outages. Additionally, this role includes implementing measures to protect data and interfacing with all machine and equipment upgrades or additions.
