
Qualifications, Education, and Experience
7+ years in manufacturing including 2+ years at a manager level position directing operations of similar manufacturing facility with direct responsibility to meet production throughput and quality goals
Must have a minimum of 5+ years' experience in CNC machining
Must have a minimum of 2+ years in a leadership role with 20+ direct reports
Experience working with complex / engineered product lines
Considerable experience defining and utilizing manufacturing systems, data, and metrics to plan and execute production plans
Able to lead cross functional teams to identify the root cause and implement effective corrective actions for problems which impede the execution of production plans
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills required to effectively interact with all teams, areas, and levels of business
Demonstrated ability to work independently and successfully multi-task, excellent organizational skills, a high sense of urgency
Associate's degree+ and or trade school certification preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Productions required
Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now a plus
Must meet the ITAR definition of §120.15 U.S. person
Physical Requirements
Climbing stairs occasionally when meeting with engineers or other staff members
Will be required to sit, stand, or walk for the entire duration of the shift
May need to lift, push, or pull items weighing up to 35 lbs. on an occasional basis
Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, bend, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard
Specific vision requirements for this position include close vision, color perception, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must have 20/20 vision (either naturally or corrected) and pass an annual vision test as required

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Conventional Manufacturing Supervisor will assist in developing an intentional culture of excellence, teamwork, and growth. This key role will direct, and coordinate production. The Supervisor will direct Team Leads, Set-up Techs, Operators, Machinists, and other employees involved in processing product. The 1st shift position is responsible for scheduling all conventional production for both shifts. The Manufacturing Supervisor will also lead performance through planning, coordinating, and evaluating the activities of the management team and employees while ensuring production quality and safety standards throughout the conventional side of the shop. Works with engineers and the safety / training coordinator to ensure safety of plant employees and the production process.

EDM Wire Programmer / Operator - 2nd Shift includes a Generous Shift Differential!
Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, this role will operate all Wire EDM / WEDM machines in the shop, operates CAD and CAM software, and create 2 & 4 axis programs using appropriate software. Fixtures work piece as necessary to facilitate machining. Maintains a necessary inventory of perishables, such as guides wire, filters, etc. This role will also load/unload parts, inspect parts using various precision measuring tools, accept or reject parts, and communicate any changes, both verbally and in writing.


CNC Machinist - 1st & 2nd shift
The CNC Machinist, reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, is responsible for adhering to all procedures related to the various parts and equipment they are trained and certified to operate. This role involves loading and unloading parts to meet production demands, inspecting parts with precision measuring tools, and either accepting or rejecting parts based on quality standards. The Machinist must effectively communicate any changes both verbally and in writing, set up machines, test the programming that controls the equipment, and troubleshoot any issues related to programming or machine operation.

Industrial Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift -Experience Required
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing mid to expert-level break-fix and preventative maintenance tasks.
