Minimum 3 years of shipping & receiving experience in manufacturing setting
High school diploma or GED required
Epicor experience preferred but not required
Forklift, pallet jack experience preferred
Work independently

Lift and carry up to 35 pounds
Push and/or pull up to 50 pounds
Stand and walk at least 95% of the scheduled shift

Climb up and down off forklift frequently throughout the day
Essential Duties:
Reporting to the Shipping & Receiving Coordinator, the Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for preparing records of receipt of incoming material and posts to customers’ open orders. Receiving functions include counting and examining incoming hardware to verify completeness against shipping documents, checking for damaged goods, and keeping records of shortages, exceptions, and damage. The shipping function includes weighing and addressing parcels or crates of merchandise, attaching postage, or attaching bills of lading, and keeping records of goods shipped.
Essential Duties and Tasks:
Issue part to routers and delivers customer parts to the floor for production.
Verifies that the customer part matches the routers assigned to that customer’s job.
On received goods, performs visual inspection, and counts all items received.
Inspects customer parts to verify that the customer parts are not damaged.
Notifies supervisor or planning department when significant discrepancies occur, over-shipments or substitutions have been made.
Uses forklift and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks and to move products throughout the facility.
Use overhead and job crane(s) to assist with heavy lifts.
Maintains a safe and clean work environment by performing daily housekeeping duties.
Uses the Telesis part marker to mark part number, serial number, etc., on the customer’s part.
Moves and organizes raw materials around plant as needed.
Any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by our organization’s values.

Operators must also load and unload parts, inspect them using various precision measuring tools, decide whether to accept or reject parts, and effectively communicate any changes both verbally and in writing.


CNC Machinist, 2nd Shift - Includes a Generous Shift Differential!
The 2nd Shift CNC Machinist, reporting to the shift supervisor, is responsible for adhering to all procedures related to the various parts and equipment they are trained and certified to operate. This role involves loading and unloading parts to meet production demands, inspecting parts with precision measuring tools, and either accepting or rejecting parts based on quality standards. The Machinist must effectively communicate any changes both verbally and in writing, set up machines, test the programming that controls the equipment, and troubleshoot any issues related to programming or machine operation.


CNC Laser Operator - 2nd Shift, Includes a Generous Shift Differential!
Reporting to the shift supervisor, the 2nd Shift CNC Laser Operator is responsible for operating CNC laser equipment in a manufacturing environment to execute cutting, drilling, welding, and ablation processes.


Experienced Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing mid to expert-level break-fix and preventative maintenance tasks. Daily functions will be highly diversified and may include observing devices in operation to locate root cause of issue; dismantling machines to gain access to and remove defective parts; examine defective parts to detect cause, adjustment of functional parts of machines and control instruments; repair and/or replacement as needed, testing of machines to observe performance; and performing tests for electrical circuitry and mechanical systems; reconditioning and repairing machining tools; maintain, troubleshoot, or repair equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems, and processes to support the achievement of the organization’s business goals and objectives.
